“Personal data” is any information relating to an identifiable or identified person (you as a user). An identifiable person is someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, for example by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Personal data which we handle

Your personal data may only be processed by us with your given consent, when it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or when it is necessary for our compliance with a legal obligation. The processing of the personal data, the specific purposes for the processing, the legal basis for the processing, and for how long we store your personal data, is described below.

Name

We collect and process your name when you have submitted it to indicate your interest in our services, and to ensure we can contact you. Furthermore, this is needed to ensure that our sub-contracted callers, who are responsible for calling your prospects regarding your services, are contacting the right person and are getting paid for their job. The processing is therefore necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests for us or a third party (our clients). Your name is stored securely with us for the time period of a campaign but up to two years. If you are a caller, your name is stored with us for as long as you are working for us.

Email address

Your email address is collected and processed by us to send you information about our services (based on you consent when you sign up) and, if you are a contracted caller, to inform you about new work. The legal basis for the handling of your email address is that it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interest for us or a third party (our clients). This category of personal data is stored securely with us for the length of a campaign and two years thereafter.

Phone number

We collect and process your phone number to contact you as a prospect regarding our services when you have emailed us, or, if you are a contracted called, to inform you about new work. The legal basis for the handling is that it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interest for us or a third party. Your phone number is stored securely with us for the length of a campaign and two years thereafter.

Payment details

Your payment details (bank account details) are collected and processed by us if you are a contracted caller, in order for us to be able to compensate you for the work you do for us. The legal basis for the handling is that it is necessary for our performance of a contract to which you are a party. Your bank account details are stored securely with us for as long as you work for us.

Professional details

We collect and process your professional details in order to target particular sectors for our clients with relevant products and services. It is therefore necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests for us or a third party (our clients). Your professional details are stored securely with us for the length of a campaign.
